I have done Keto off and on for a couple years. With 2 younger kids getting into activities now it's a little hard to maintain, so I just try to stay relatively low carb and do intermittent fasting. I used to be a person who would get hangry or could get the jittery blood sugar feeling but now I can pretty much not eat all morning and go do a high intensity F45 workout at noon and be ok. Agree that overall energy level is much better on a lower carb diet as well.
